You can use our online design tool or upload a ready file that fits the size templates on the product page. Don't place important information on the flap fold area, and leave the recipient address area blank. On kraft envelopes, dark colors such as black and navy give the sharpest results. Baskıda problem olduğunu düşündüğünüz ürünleri info@baskiadam.com adresine mail atıp bizlere bildirebilirsiniz. Mail görüşmesi sonrası teslim aldıktan itibaren 15 iş günü içerisinde Baskıadam'a Yurtiçikargo kargolayabilirsiniz. Yurtiçi Kargo ile ürünlerinizi geri kargolarken faturanızı kargonun içinde bulundurduğunuza emin olun.
Üzerinde tüketicinin isteğine göre düzenleme yapılmış olan ürünlerde cayma hakkı kullanılarak ürün iadesi mümkün olmamaktadır. Bu tür ürünler ancak üretilen ürünün kusurlu yada ayıplı olması halinde tekrardan işleme alınır. Tekrar işleme alınacak baskı sipariş detaylarında ve grafikte değişiklik yapılmadan aynı kalıpta basılacaktır.
