Rules for a Flawless Plastic Card Design
- Clear Information Hierarchy: On membership or loyalty cards, the brand name and card type (such as "VIP Member" or "Loyalty Card") should be readable at first glance. Put campaign details and terms of use on the back.
- Readable Typography: Use at least 6.5–7 pt for small text. Avoid thin fonts on dark backgrounds.
- QR Code & Digital Link: Connect your card to the digital world by adding a QR code that leads to your website, social media account or digital menu.

Plastic cards are made from PVC. They resist water, tearing and bending and can be used for years. Paper business cards are more economical but can wear out over time.
500 micron is a thinner, more flexible card. 700 micron is close to bank-card thickness and feels solid and sturdy. For membership and loyalty cards that will be used for a long time, we recommend 700 micron matte opaque PVC.

After your design is approved, your plastic cards are produced and handed to shipping within 7–10 business days. A courier option is also available for orders within Istanbul.
