- Vector Format Requirement: So the plotter blade can follow clean lines, your designs must be in vector (CDR, AI, EPS or PDF) format with all text converted to outlines.
- Minimum Letter Height: For flawless weeding and strong adhesion to the mirror, we recommend a minimum letter and shape height of 3 cm. Adhesion strength may decrease for thin text smaller than 3 cm.
- Clear Transfer Tape: Your mirror stickers are shipped covered with clear transfer tape so you can apply them in one go without letters coming apart or losing alignment.
How to Apply a Mirror Sticker With Transfer Tape
Thanks to the clear transfer tape on top, you can apply your mirror sticker easily without losing alignment:
- Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the mirror or glass surface of dust, dirt, grease and fingerprints, and dry it well.
- Removing the Backing Paper: Slowly peel off the protective backing paper. Make sure the letters and shapes stay on the clear transfer tape.
- Aligning and Applying: Align the transfer tape on the mirror and apply it. Using a squeegee or credit card, press from the center outwards to remove air bubbles.
- Removing the Transfer Tape: Slowly pull off the clear transfer tape at an angle parallel to the surface. Your text and logo will stay perfectly on the mirror.
